Moss, gloeocapsa magma(black streaking) and other organic growth will reduce the life of your roof. In our roof cleaning process we start by removing debris from the roof, then clean the gutters and the finally we treat the roof with the roofing manufacturer's recommended cleaning solution at low pressure to avoid damaging the roof. We did not capture any after photos due to the weather but the pictures shown are in the middle of the treatment process. The black staining is going away and the moss is turning white. A couple good rain storms and this roof will look like new.
