From time to time we have customers reach out because their home is part of a continent sale and requires a exterior cleaning service to be completed prior to closing. Our new customer Jeff was required to have his gutters cleaned before his closing date. This was not a simple gutter cleaning project. We had to disassemble all of the downspouts to unclog them. After removing the bulk of the gutter debris by hand, we flushed the remaining mud out the downspouts. We had to give the house and deck a quick wash down afterwards to clean and fallen debris. We provided pictures to the customer so they can be submitted to the realtor.
